- Are recordings kept?
- No. Audio stays in the phone's memory only while the session runs and is never written to storage.
- Where are my notes stored?
- In an encrypted vault on your phone, behind your PIN. We hold no copy and cannot read them.

What is ScribeIn?
A clinical documentation app for registered medical practitioners. ScribeIn listens to the consultation and drafts a structured document in your format on the phone; you review, sign and export it. It is a documentation aid, not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice.
Which documents can it generate?
OPD prescriptions and consultation notes, SOAP notes, operative notes, discharge summaries and progress notes are built in. You can add your own hospital's template in the app.
How are the generated notes reviewed?
Every note opens as a draft. You read it, edit anything, and sign it — only then does it become a document. Each edit and signature is recorded in the app's audit log. Clinical responsibility stays with you, exactly as with a typed or handwritten note.
Which phones does it work on?
Android and iOS. Because the AI models run on the device, a reasonably recent phone works best. If ScribeIn does not run well on your supported phone and we cannot fix it, that month is refunded — see the refund policy.
How do I cancel?
Sign in on this website with your account email and tap Cancel subscription. It takes under a minute, with no phone call. Your plan then runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. Every note stays on your phone and can still be exported as a PDF.
