Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 August 2026 · These terms govern your use of the ScribeIn mobile app and the scribein.app website, provided by TINYANGLESTUDIO (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U62010PN2026OPC255673 (“we”, “us”).

1. What ScribeIn is — and is not

ScribeIn is a documentation aid for medical practitioners: it converts your dictation into draft clinical notes that you review, edit, sign and export. ScribeIn is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not provide medical advice. Every note is a draft until you, the practitioner, review and sign it. Clinical decisions, the accuracy of final records, patient consent for any recording-free dictation during consultations, and compliance with your professional obligations remain solely your responsibility.

2. Who may use it

ScribeIn is intended for registered medical practitioners and healthcare professionals aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the security of your device, your PIN, and your account email.

3. ScribeIn Pro subscription

• ScribeIn Pro is an optional monthly subscription (₹999/month, taxes as applicable) purchased only on this website, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• One subscription may be used on up to 3 of your devices.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled; cancellation and refunds are described in our Cancellations & Refunds policy.
• If a subscription lapses, the app continues to work with its standard features; no notes or data are lost.

4. Your data

Patient audio and clinical notes are processed and stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we hold no copy, we cannot recover notes if your device is lost or the app's data is erased — use the app's export features for any records you must keep elsewhere.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including reverse-engineering the app, reselling access, sharing one account beyond your own devices, or using the service in breach of law or professional regulation.

6. Intellectual property

The app, website, ScribeIn name and branding are our property. The clinical notes you create are yours.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of clinical records you author. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
